- Map the training need identification of the Shop floor employees
- Map the Performance deficiencies with Training gap-if any
- Map the competencies required to perform the job /skill sets
Employee Training:
- Uses market information to develop/implement effective training solutions
- Assists Line Managers to analyse competency gaps for individuals and builds cost-effective learning solutions.
- Designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training and development solutions at a location or departmental level
- Evaluates and recommends appropriate providers to meet customer needs and maintains current provider relationships
Computer Literacy:
- Well versed with Computer literacy
- Support the business by Analysing the Data and using the Data point to arrive at the right decision
- Understand and be able to manager the Digital tools(Specific to Plant operations)
Manufacturing Process:
- Understand the Manufacturing process flow
- Assist in developing required Training module suitable to Product and process
