Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, compliance, and day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support the payroll process by collecting attendance and leave data.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
Coordinate exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
Ensure timely compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
