Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests at the front desk, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Handle billing and cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of payments.
Maintain a detailed record of cash transactions and ensure that all payments are correctly logged.
Operate the front desk computer system, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, booking reservations, and maintaining guest records.
Provide information about services, facilities, and events to customers.
Ensure all guest inquiries are answered professionally, resolving any issues or concerns ly.
Monitor visitor access and maintain guest logs for security and organizational purposes.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and efficient operation of the front desk.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Support administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
