Job Summary:
RSPL is looking for a passionate and experienced Product Management Trainer (PMT) to lead and enhance Medical Representative (MR) training programs. The ideal candidate must have expertise in pharmaceutical product management, market analysis, and sales alignment to drive product success and doctor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
- Train Medical Representatives (MRs) on product knowledge, sales strategies, and market positioning.
- Develop and implement structured training programs in alignment with corporate and sales goals.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market surveys to analyze industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Perform **prescription trend analysis and peer group analysis for market insights.
- Utilize market analysis techniques to support product positioning.
**Product Strategy & Doctor Engagement:
- Develop creative USPs for pharmaceutical products to differentiate them in the market.
- Ensure deep scientific understanding of pharmaceutical products for effective communication.
- Identify and engage the right doctors for the right products.
- Devise strategies for successful doctor chamber interactions to drive prescriptions.
- Maintain and manage a doctor database for business development.
Sales & Corporate Alignment:
- Collaborate with corporate teams and sales teams to streamline product strategies.
- Develop effective leave-behind literature to support field representatives.
- Conduct patching work to ensure proper product reach and doctor engagement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong pharma knowledge – Understanding of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
Training expertise – Proven experience in MR training and development.
Analytical skills – Ability to perform market research, prescription analysis, and competitive assessment.
