Job Objective: To manage the day-to-day activities related to Microsoft Office 365 and IT Infra Assets
Role and Responsibilities
- Office 365 user management
- User administration and access management – Exchange, Sharepoint, Onedrive
- Assigning / Removing licenses based on TMS and Service Requests
- Troubleshooting O365 related access issues
- Maintain and periodically review the email forward requests
- Maintain and periodically review external sharing privileges
- Periodically reconcile VPN users with Active Employees
- Coordinating with Senior Manager to facilitate license requirements.
- Monitor and prioritize the service requests to improve employee experience and meet defined SLAs
