Roles and Responsibilities

AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models and algorithms for diverse applications such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.

Data Analysis & Preparation: Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets to uncover insights and support the development of robust AI solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to integrate AI models into existing platforms and business processes.

Model Evaluation & Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI models to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability in real-world environments.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of model architectures, data workflows, experiments, and implementation strategies.

Innovation & Research: Stay current with the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML and proactively apply new techniques, frameworks, or research findings to improve project outcomes and innovation efforts.

Technical Requirements

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or R, with experience using key AI and data science libraries.

• AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.

• Model Development: Solid grasp of machine learning concepts, supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation metrics, and tuning techniques.

• Data Tools: Proficiency with data analysis tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter Notebooks.

• Deployment & Workflow Tools (preferred): Familiarity with model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, FastAPI, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
