THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to support campaign management and analyze marketing data. If you are eager to learn, have strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing, we’d love to have you on our team.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to boost visibility and search rankings for product pages and blogs.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to align content with target audience search intent.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver high-converting digital campaigns.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush; deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
• Manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and track ROI.
• Monitor and grow XenonStack’s presence across social platforms; ensure content alignment with brand voice.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to define and communicate product positioning, value propositions, and customer benefits.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply best practices to ongoing strategies.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong command of SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
• Experience with email marketing tools, social media scheduling, and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or AI/Tech product marketing is a strong plus.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.​
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential.
